TK Adam I had the best experience with them. The son and part owner is sooo nice and helpful. I needed a stone replaced in my necklace and he took the whole thing which had 3 charms on it. One of which contains my best friends ashes. He cleaned the chain and all the charms and put a new stone in my one charm. This necklace has a lot of sentimental meaning to me and he took great care of it. I highly recommend them. Their prices are great too!! A+++

The young girl there was super helpful and found a pair of scrap sand dollar earrings that she turned into a charm for my bracelet! She even found this extra cute kitty charm! She got it soldered together in 2 hours before I left town and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how it turned out and my experience!

Bettsy said it’s gonna take a couple of minutes and offered refreshments while I wait . At Aventura store takes an hours so I highly recommend go to Bal Harbor .

She used to be my mother-in-law and I would never say a bad word about her. Even though she isnt related to me anymore, I can still say she is a kind, honest, Christ-like lady and I recommend highly that you shop with her instead of going to the big chain stores! They have integrity and will never deal unkindly with you no matter what.
