CLIFF ALEGRE We discovered Touch of Gold here in Key West on our way to buy Kinos sandals while on vacation back in 2009. We come back at least once every year because they treat us so well and their jewelry is beautiful. Its always exciting to see whats new in the show cases, and we really enjoy Kareenas help when were picking out our next purchases.

Reginald I was on vacation and I stopped and bought a bracelet. I had to come back the next day to buy another one. Great customer service wish they were in Michigan.

Paul was very kind and patient with my elderly mother who needed adjustments to her jewelery so it would be easier for her to take necklaces on and off by herself. He gave her several options and helped her find just the right thing. We will be repeat customers for sure! Service like this is really hard to find and we appreciate the work they put in!

Lisa Moscarello I shopped yesterday. The staff members were friendly, but we’re slow to greet me. There were two associates and I realized they had customers but felt they should’ve greeted me right away. The transactions were taking a bit of time with the customers that were being waited on when another customer came in who I overheard say she was there earlier to have a ring cleaned. I was not present at that time. The conversation proceeded with the other customer getting loud and obnoxious, stating that the ring she brought in to be cleaned, was returned bent. She then went on to say that the ring was two years old and missing one of the two stones. It seemed like she was trying to get a free piece of jewelry. The Associates then attempted to help her when they were finished with their customers. A security guard overheard and came in the store and then sent the head security guard from the mall in. The customer seemed to have mental health issues because she was talking to herself the majority of the time and being very rude to the staff members. They did their best to defuse the situation. This customer finally left stating she was going to contact their corporate office and complain. I’m not really sure what she wanted, but I was glad that she left. I was in search of the Pandora keychain. The associate was having difficulty finding it because she wasn’t quite sure what it was. She did find the bag clip that you would hang from your purse while my Internet was trying to load, so I could show her which piece I was looking for. We finally were able to identify the piece online and then she located it and I purchased it and I’m very happy. I appreciated the professionalism of the employees in the store. Alana, was the sales lead in charge I was happy to get the Pandora piece that I was looking for. Breanna, the sales associate put it in a nice little box after she wrapped it in tissue paper she asked if I would like a bag, but I declined because it was small enough to fit in my little purse.

Amy Wolfe Ballerina Jewelers is simply the best! Arrvi, the store manager, is professional and patient! We’ve shopped there numerous times! Always feel confident we are getting high quality at the best price. He’s even gone out of his way to find specific watches for my husband. Perfect transactions from start to finish each time.

Lindsay Morris Rick has been so great with helping my husband with his wedding band. My husbands ring was given to him from his dad but it was missing a stone. He wanted a matching stone like mine, but it was missing a bracket to hold a stone in. Rick was able to quickly make it all come together! He has also helped put my stone back in my ring. Very reasonably priced and a very nice jewelry artist! He is our go to person for jewelry!
