We visited on vacation and popped in to browse, ultimately buying a gold chain and diamond ring. From our initial interaction with Inere, to later interactions with her and Anthony related to a repair request, the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this shop. Jamal Loyd I had a great experience at Kays Jewelers when I bought a pair of earrings. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They helped me pick the perfect pair and explained everything about the different styles and materials. I really appreciated their attention to detail, like helping me try on several options and offering care tips for the earrings. The store had a nice atmosphere, making the whole experience enjoyable. I also love the added benefits, like free cleaning and a lifetime warranty. Kay’s definitely exceeded my expectations, and Ill be back for sure! Highly recommend!

Took care of cleaning a 24in gold chain for me (which looked amazing afterwards) and also repairing my gold bracelet. He also did my mom’s gold bracelet which means the world to her since it was a gift from her dad before he passed. Extremely fair on repair pricing and sales related items and will be my new family jeweler for years to come.

Lisa Armstrong Every associate is top notch. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. My engagement ring and two wedding bands were purchased at this store. And I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer for any future purchases. The only downside, I wish they had an in-store shop for repairs. I have issues with my ring finger knuckle and its been a process trying to get the sizing right. And having to part with my rings for 10-14 days. No fault of the associates! I just think there is definitely a need for repairs to be done locally at the store.

But to my delight the watch was repaired at a very reasonable price . It is my fathers watch and it means a lot to me . Thank you for everything. You made me very happy. I would give 10 stars .
