5 /5 Jamal Loyd: I had a great experience at Kays Jewelers when I bought a pair of earrings. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. They helped me pick the perfect pair and explained everything about the different styles and materials. I really appreciated their attention to detail, like helping me try on several options and offering care tips for the earrings. The store had a nice atmosphere, making the whole experience enjoyable. I also love the added benefits, like free cleaning and a lifetime warranty. Kay’s definitely exceeded my expectations, and Ill be back for sure! Highly recommend!

5 /5 Stephanie Copeland: Walked in today for just a cleaning cloth, left with a cleaning cloth and a beautiful Opal bracelet! I spotted the bracelet while checking out with LaKota, she showed it to me, tried it on and I decided I shouldn’t spend them money. LaKota did not pressure me to buy but after some conversation I knew I had to leave with it! LaKota was fabulous to work with and I wished she worked at my Kay Jewelers in NC! Best customer service I’ve had in my 15 years with Kays!

3 /5 Dreama Bouchat: I cant say that I was very happy with my experience at the Titusville Kay Jewelry. My husband and I went in with the intent of picking out a diamond engagement ring and I also took my diamond birthstone ring to see if they would clean it. I took another diamond ring in to see if they would size it for me. I was surprised when the young lady told me that they dont size rings not bought there. The sales lady acted like I was bothering her. I bet if I told her I was there to get a solitaire diamond ring first she would have treated me better. The birthstone ring I brought in for cleaning wasnt cleaned well at all. That day after I left and went to another jewelry store looking for the solitaire diamond ring I should have went back and done a Julia Roberts (Pretty Woman) scene. Kay Jewelers that was your big mistake. Huge mistake. I feel like I was very generous with the 3 star rating.

I went in at first for a pair of earrings which she helped me pick out and ended up returning to get another piercing. She was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely reccomend her for a great shopping and piercing experience!!!
