Gayle Inbody I took in a 2 carat Marquise diamond that I wanted to have remounted. I met with Frank Reubel, a very nice gentleman who has many years of experience in jewelry design. Marquise diamonds are not easy to remount in a non traditional setting. He designed a ring for me that would hold my diamond. And I have to say it came out amazing. I had looked for a long time to find something that was unique. Their workmanship was fabulous and I am thrilled with my new ring. During the process I spoke with Alex and he did a great job of keeping me informed on the progress. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

They have a beautiful selection of jewelry and they do top quality custom work and repairs. Their staff is knowledgable and friendly. I took an heirloom piece to them to be repaired and updated. My sales associate Paul provided me with several excellent suggestions via the computer. I made my selection and Pablo designed my ring right on the premises!! I wasnt to sure how to go about this just because I can honestly say I have never purchased anything online. I saw something I liked and I took my chances on it, not knowing the outcome. Well I can say that I am very pleased with my purchase and the help I received over the phone through txt and email. They didnt have the piece I wanted originally in stock anymore they sold out but got me something very similar and made sure it was ok with me before they shipped out!
