Oren Oved Max and Morgan have been helping me and my family with all of our jewelry needs for 5 years now and it all started with a custom made engagement ring I used to propose to my wife. I live across the country in Los Angeles and wouldn’t consider buying from anywhere else. Maxed Time’s prices, quality, and service are unbeatable. By now Max and Morgan are not my jewelers. They are family.

Larry Neely Today, I went in to speak about an issue and pickup a repaired item. I spoke to a staff member who told me that my sales associate Denise was finishing up. She asked what it was about and I stated I need to speak to her about an issue I was upset about. Not only did she help me ( I didnt get her name) but Thorpe the security guard asked to help and even contacted Kim the manager for me. I did speak with Kim for quite a while, who listened and addressed my concerns. Kim, Denise and Thorpe are fantastic. Denise has helped my wife and I for years. Kim went way up and beyond to remedy the situation but most of all took the time to listen and validate my concerns. David Yurman has some great employees here. Kim has a great staff and you should definitely buy your David Yurman pieces here.

She was even able to set up out by our pool. We played music and made an unforgettable evening out of this permanent jewelry experience. The best part… Her chains are so beautiful and she had so many options in sterling silver and gold-filled. She was not only detailed but quick during the entire process. My cousin and I got matching gold-filled permanent bracelets. I can’t wait to get more from them one day.
