Although both associates were assisting other customers when I arrived, I couldn’t help but notice the genuine attentiveness and care they extended to everyone, regardless of the value of their purchases. It was clear that every customer was treated with respect and importance. Their professionalism and warmth were evident in every interaction.
When it was my turn, Sharon who had helped me during my initial purchase, and Charity worked seamlessly together as a team. They took the time to show me various options, patiently listened to my preferences, and even went the extra mile to call another store and have two rings brought over for me to view. Their follow-up was impeccable; they contacted me precisely on the day they had promised, which only reinforced their reliability and dedication.
