I knew it would be challenging because of the size difference and the jewels on the band itself. Gary took me back and began working almost immediately. In less than 30 minutes, he had my ring sized from a 7 to a 3 1/2 with no loss in the integrity of the gems on the band. What wouldve been a several week process elsewhere was so easy and very reasonable! I am more than pleased and highly recommend Gary and Vicci Capraro to anyone who needs any jewelry work or for anyone looking for a beautiful piece.

He gave me a price and called me when it was done. The glasses were good as new and I was incredibly happy with the work and service I saw from this jewelry shop. Would highly recommend. He only takes cash though so just a heads up to grab some cash before heading there. (Totally worth a stop by the atm beforehand).
