1 /5 Wilderies Rodríguez: Terrible customer service! I called ahead to check their closing time and arrived there with enough time before their closing time. When I got there, the door was closed, and they were inside, signaling me that they were closed. I called them over the phone again and reminded them that they had told me they were open earlier. They said they were “closed now”. I went back to my car and saw a group of people walk in, they opened the door for them. However, they couldn’t open the door for me. Maybe it’s because I’m not Cuban like them... I called back and told the lady that they couldn’t open the door for me, but they just opened it for that group of people. She said, “Well, you can come in now.” No, ma’am, no thank you. I don’t want to do business with people who are so irresponsible. If that’s how they treat potential customers, I don’t want any business with them.

5 /5 Pedro Eduardo Cruz: The Place is not very big but they have a very nice selection of jewelery for any ocassion. The staff is friendly and very helpful as well as informative. I found the engagement ring I was looking for at a great price value!
