But to my delight the watch was repaired at a very reasonable price . It is my fathers watch and it means a lot to me . Thank you for everything. You made me very happy. I would give 10 stars .

We spent an hour with Laura trying all the styles and discussing. I settled on a ring that was sent to me. She told me if I wasnt happy I could exchange. She was right - I didnt love it. Back we went to meet with Laura again. She is so patient and has so much knowledge. We adjusted the carat size and bought a stacking emerald cut too!
