I had a new diamond set into an existing setting, the old diamond set into a pendant, purchased a chain for the pendant and had 2 insurance appraisals done at this retailer. Kayla Joynes This place is great. From the customer service to the store it self. I recently got engaged on my cruise and the ring didn’t quite fit. I called to make sure they were able to do it in store. When I called I spoke to Les Dawson, let me just say this he is absolutely fantastic! He answered all of my questions and was so friendly. When I went in to drop the ring off I spoke with him again and was pleased with how nice everyone including him were. We paid extra to get done expressed and I got a call the next morning not to long after they were open that my ring was ready. I will be going back if I need anything else. This is by far the best jewelry store I’ve been to! Props to Les Dawson for great customer service and going above and beyond!

Honest Jew These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient
