Sheldon Rozman Incredible customer service! The team at Timeless were exceptionally knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with their selection of jewelry and timepieces… none of the run-of-the- mill stuff—rare, unique, and exquisite pieces! I appreciated that they didn’t carry the same cookie-cutter designs you see in other stores. Their art deco pieces are just incredible. We didn’t feel any pressure to purchase, rather it was truly an experience. The owners are very personable and we sat for hours just talking and learning about the history of some of the pieces that caught our eye. I haven’t seen this level of customer service anywhere in the area and it was so refreshing to support local and family owned business.

He designed a truly one-of-a-kind wedding ring set for my now-wife, and we couldnt be happier with the result. Being in the design field, my wife had a ring design in mind for years—something unique yet practical that she wouldn’t have to remove every time she visited a construction site. When I first met with Jorge, I saw one of his custom sports jewelry pieces. As avid mountain bikers, I thought she may like it, so I showed it to her—and her face immediately lit up. She asked, “Do you think he’d let me combine his design with mine?” Not only was Jorge open to the idea, he embraced it wholeheartedly. He listened carefully to every detail and comment, patiently incorporated numerous changes throughout the process, and brought the design to life with a detailed 3D rendering and then a mold, ensuring we were getting exactly what we wanted. He went above and beyond sourcing the perfect emeralds and making sure every element of the rings was just right. The final piece left her speechless—it’s personal and completely unique. We were so thrilled with how her rings turned out that we decided to create a custom ring for me and earrings for my wife as well. Once again, Jorge took the time to understand our vision, listened patiently, and exceeded all expectations. Jorge’s craftsmanship, professionalism, and dedication to his clients are unmatched. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
