I called in, and spoke “Sandra” ! I sent her the watches I was looking for. After talking to her over the phone, I went to the store. She was very nice & educated me on the brand of Rolex, told me which Rolex’s collectors look for, how to adjust the time, date & even let me wear a few watches. Tereza Maclachlan I stumbled upon this store randomly riding my trip. The owner was able to repair my bellybutton ring and use an old diamond earring to repurpose it. I previously went to two other stores and they couldn’t do it. She was quick and efficient, gave me an accurate quote and did a perfect job, I couldn’t be happier. I drove nearly 2hrs round trip but it was totally worth it. Will be back for any other jewelry repairs in the future. Thanks so much
