Megan Davis Had a wonderful experience being a first time buyer here. I had SO many people recommending to come to this store, so my sister and I went and then did the guided meditation after their closing. I’ve got some really cool crystals and rocks!! The gentleman that worked there was extremely kind and helpful, I appreciate all his patience with me being such a newbie…. We are going back today (the next day!). So I highly recommend this neat shop and the kind people inside!!

Sapp Michael (MikePlaysIt) The only pawn shop I would ever go to. Everywhere else you will simply encounter the typical abrasive "pawn shop guy", but not here. They are actually extremely respectful, and if you cant come to a price that you both agree on they dont act as if you just kicked sand in their face. The owner and the workers are also really great people and they have good morals, unlike some that you come across in pawn shops....And just a bit of extra information, and what some people dont ever seem to understand, when you operate a business that essentially buys products to resell them (if necessary in the case of pawns), you CANT go offering a "great" buy price on an item right up front. You always make the lowest offer and work from there. Not to mention its not as if when you sell them your item, the second you walk out the door they are able to sell it off to someone else and be done with it. They have to have room for it or they have to display it, they turn into the salesman and it could be the longest time until it gets sold again, if ever. Not to mention some people just think that their items have WAY more value than they do. "I payed 500 for such and such new! Why cant you give me 400?!".. Really? Someone cant sell a used item from the price they go for new. At most their going to be able to sell it for half or as much as 3/4 MAYBE if they are super lucky. THATS why places only offer you $150-$200 on something that you paid $500 for... It just bugs me SO much to see people give pawn shops and stores low ratings because they tried getting the item for a low price... Anyways, now that Im done with my rant Ill conclude my review.

Think Pink The site has alot of unique jewelry so it was hard to choose! I did purchase a brown topaz ring in yellow gold, it is amazing. I could never afford this ring anywhere else, Ive looked! I am thrilled and shipping was fast. Thank you! I will be back!

Felicia Stansbury We had a girls night out and The Zap Bar was our first stop. Dylan was so sweet and very informative with the jewelry pieces. The atmosphere was a vibe in itself. I was surprised how quick the process was. A group of 6 and we were in and out of there in about 30 minutes. The prices are reasonable. We all left with a cute new piece. Definitely recommend to make this a stop on your next girls outing or day date.

BETHANY CAIN I had links taken out of a watch and while there I decided to have my wedding set resized because it has always been too big. Mr. David took the greatest care to make sure the rings fit well. He soldered them together as well. When I arrived he spent over an hour with me to make sure they fit comfortably. He cleaned them beautifully and they fit so much better. I highly recommend his services.

Rick Small We have being going to New York Diamond Center for about 15 year. Patrick, Dylan, Mario, Andy and Rachel are absolutely amazing and like family. They can get you the perfect piece for any occasion but if you have a design you want for a custom made piece, New York Diamond Center is the place to go. They truly go above and beyond. This is the latest, one of a kind ring I had made for my wife. I was privileged and honored to watch the process every step of the way until we were able to pick it up. Honest Jew These people are some of the most unprofessional in the business. They wanted to charge me $1600 to repair a clasp on a watch that sells on eBay for $1600. They kept me on the hook trying to sell me a n extremely cheap quality leather band with a markup of hundreds as a backup plan for them. They are going to argue on the review that they didn’t, but here I am telling you about it. This went on for almost 2 months with zero effort to contact me back or follow up. Take your business anywhere else. The owner is too old to have every decision run by him. It’s comical how long things linger on, with that policy of 60 days and your jewelry is now ours. I got my stuff back by a week or so. How convenient

Dawn Productions Royalty Fine Jewelers is an excellent Jewelry Store! Andy and Eileen are very personable and friendly. They are super helpful and even though it is a small store they have so many rings and watches to choose from! Today I bought a watch for myself and Andy took out a few extra links so that I could wear it immediately. We also bought a ring that he is customizing for my daughter. Last year he did an appraisal for a family heirloom (a ring). We will definitely be using them again!
