Carolyn Benham Karadema Jewelers has been in the Conway area of Orlando for more than the 45 years I have lived here. They have a beautiful selection of jewelry and they do top quality custom work and repairs. Their staff is knowledgable and friendly. I took an heirloom piece to them to be repaired and updated. My sales associate Paul provided me with several excellent suggestions via the computer. I made my selection and Pablo designed my ring right on the premises!! It was in pristine condition, practically brand new despite being a few months old, and came with all its original box, tags, and paperwork. It was such an incredible find that I simply couldnt pass it up! Im absolutely thrilled with this impromptu purchase and have zero regrets. Beyond the fantastic "steal," the exceptional customer service from Aly was the true closer. Her professional, kind, and attentive approach made all the difference. Its a breath of fresh air compared to how Ive been treated at other authorized Rolex dealers. Im so fortunate that my family and I live close to such a remarkable jeweler. Nicholas Wheaton took a cluster of calcite I found in Arch Creek to get mounted into an earring. I was nervous since calcite is very soft, but David and his team pulled it off! Im very pleased to have had a local jeweler handle this local treasure.
