B Franklin Jewelers - Bonita Springs

Diane Augustus I recently found that a prong had broken on my diamond engagement ring. Being new to the area, I needed to find a knowledgeable and reliable jeweler. We were recommended to B. Franklin from a friend who was very happy with them. I brought the ring in and the jeweler explained what needed to be done and gave me a very fair price. In 3 days time, my ring was repaired and looked brand new. I wouldnt hesitate to go back. Not only were they knowledgeable, but also very pleasant!

Micheal Awesome customer service when walked inside the store. Made us feel like family instead of just another customers through the door. Explained the warranty plan on the item we bought. Very knowledgeable on all jewelry we looked at. Wife bought emerald ear rings and an emerald pendant with chain.

Argenti Designer Jewelers - Lauderdale-By-The-Sea

Deborah Strelkow Thank you!!! My sweet husband surprised me with a diamond ring for my 64th birthday. The diamond – 2.5 carats – was fabulous and the ring was beautiful, but too delicate for everyday wear, and it was not my style. Mark took the diamond my hubby picked and created a fabulous ring to my taste and lifestyle. I absolutely love it!!! Thank you Marc!

Malone Jewelers - Pensacola

Cojomo I came to this jeweler to get my ring sized and was very pleased with the results. I dropped my ring off and by the very next morning it was ready for pickup! I was worried it would be expensive but it was not at all. Would definitely recommend this jeweler to anyone in the surrounding Pensacola area. 10/10

Delray Beach Pawn Luxury - Delray Beach

Ashley Castro I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was really nervous walking in for the first time, but the staff immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. They are so down to earth, compassionate, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. They went above and beyond to help me with a loan for my luxury item and treated me with respect throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find this level of kindness and professionalism all in one. Highly recommend!

Seybold Jewelry Building - Miami

Bryan Bonaiuto I think I walked into the wrong area. Does anyone pay spot for gold in the building. I sold 2 philharmonic quarter rounds coins. I should have sold them right next to my house. Instead, I drove all the way to Miami, thinking that I would get spot, or maybe more. It was kind of an experiment, and I ended up taking 5% back on each one I lost about $40 on each coin. In total, about a $100, I understand people have to make money, but when you sell a coin like a philharmonic. And its a quarter ounce, youre going to make about $50 on the coin itself over spot. If you can say no I sell it for spot. No, you dont. Nobody does. If so, give me your name your number and Ill start buying all my gold coins from you. I was trying to get 2% back. I thought it was fair and I ended up taking 5% back. I needed the cash at the time a little bit I could have done without. I really dont like philharmonics. Anyway, but still, its like a big hustle. Maybe I just walked into the wrong places. Somebody offered me a $150 under spot. Terrible. And then the next day, gold went up a $100. Its funny, everybody says Im taking a chance, so is the person with the gold. Im selling you gold, and its been so up-and-down that from 1 day to the next, I could be losing a ton of money as well. We all take a chance we all buy it. And people say, well, its my business, you think I dont go to work and earn the money. I mean, its just stupid. Theres a reason why theres the comex. Their spot price, and then theres 1 to 2% back. I mean, come on, sell it for 1 or 2% over the cost. Buy it for what it cost.
