Christopher Byars Great coins store. I buy and sell coins and rounds often. They have beautiful stuff Ive purchased a lot from although Ive sold mostly to them. Employees are very nice and decently knowledgeable about numismatics. The owner Paul is a super nice guy and Im pleased whenever I see him there. Hes got so much more experience and knowledge than me or anyone really. They have the supplies you will need to continue or start a coin collection of your own. I mainly deal with silver and the ask price has been all over this year so I will say sometimes Ive left completely defeated a total loss when other times I did as expected but Ive got to say this too when spot was 29.50 I was only offered $17 ( way under melt) for raw peace and Morgan dollars each on 3 occasions while spot was at 26 they paid $21... It doesnt make sense to me but it doesnt have to. They offered me a service that was greatly needed so I am not upset Im happy to have a place to go where I feel welcome even with my young son who is about to be 4 years old. I am delighted to learn new things from Paul and the guys. I always feel welcome and Im not the easiest customer because Im selling a lot of times when I dont want to and Im somewhat of a newbie compared to them most definitely. They have awesome stuff. I could lose myself there. The greatest thing that I got there was knowledge and a Redbook. Thank you Paul for asking me if I had 1 because my ex took my last book a couple years ago and I really should have already had one. So you know theyre fair he was offering me one of the top price and info guides on US type coins and such. Also I should say they told me to hold onto the silver dollars I just needed cash due to some personal issues. I plan to go in a few weeks because I collect a lot of stuff they get in. Kat S Bought my grand daughters first bracelet from Renees today. They Engraved her name in it to. They also answered all my questions I had on another piece of jewelry. All the employees were friendly and I felt completely comfortable. Thank you.☆

clifton quiggins Stopped by the Pensacola,Cordova Mall location to have my necklaces cleaned. Decided to look at upgrading my charm. I found one I liked so I decided to get it. Mrs. Edna let me know about using my old charm ( also purchased their) as an upgrade. They gave me exactly what I paid for that charm 3 years ago in credit towards the new one. Thank you so much Mrs. Edna. I’ll definitely be back to see you !

Brittany Hubschman I’ve worked with Matthew’s Jewelers in Plantation before, and they have always been wonderful to work with. Most recently, I worked with Alan, and he went above and beyond to make the experience seamless. We designed three rings together, and he created 3D resins so we could try them on before moving forward with the casting process, which was such a helpful step. We were also on a tight deadline for one of the rings, and Alan was able to have all three completed in time. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service was all outstanding. I couldn’t be happier with the final pieces and the entire experience. Highly recommend Matthew’s Jewelers!

Tereza Maclachlan I stumbled upon this store randomly riding my trip. The owner was able to repair my bellybutton ring and use an old diamond earring to repurpose it. I previously went to two other stores and they couldn’t do it. She was quick and efficient, gave me an accurate quote and did a perfect job, I couldn’t be happier. I drove nearly 2hrs round trip but it was totally worth it. Will be back for any other jewelry repairs in the future. Thanks so much

Nicholas Wheaton took a cluster of calcite I found in Arch Creek to get mounted into an earring. I was nervous since calcite is very soft, but David and his team pulled it off! Im very pleased to have had a local jeweler handle this local treasure.

Darryelle Wingate Associate lead Michelle was very rude & not welcoming at all! She also ignored me when I asked her questions. I came in to switch out my defective item before the years warranty was up and she gave me such a hard time on such a easy fix. The other associates in the store were sweet but She needs a total evaluation. I will not be coming back here! It has changed completely over the last year and not in a good way!
