1 /5 Darryelle Wingate: Associate lead Michelle was very rude & not welcoming at all! She also ignored me when I asked her questions. I came in to switch out my defective item before the years warranty was up and she gave me such a hard time on such a easy fix. The other associates in the store were sweet but She needs a total evaluation. I will not be coming back here! It has changed completely over the last year and not in a good way!

1 /5 Jasmine Natia: If I could give this store zero stars I would. I went into the store this past weekend while I was visiting a friend in Tallahassee to get a charm (like I do every time I travel) and some cleaning solution. I was told prior when you purchase the cleaning solution they will also clean your bracelet complimentary. The employee did take my bracelet to the back and cleaned it while I waited in the store. She also put on my new charm and provided me with a bag for the items I purchased. When I got back home to Atlanta and removed my shopping bags out of my trunk I noticed my shoebox from Dillards had what I thought was water all over them. Then I pulled out my Pandora bag and realized it was the cleaning solution. The store employee used the cleaner that I purchased to clean my bracelet and did not put the lid back on correctly. I tried to reach out to the Pandora online chat and they told me I had to contact that store since I purchased it in-store. I called the store on 6/14/21 the employee who answered the phone stated she had to speak to her store manager and would call me back. On 6/15/21 at 1:30 pm, the store manager called me back to let me know I would have to drive back to Tallahassee, Fl. (After I told her I lived in Atlanta) to get another kit. I explained to her I did not live there nor would I be back. Trying to come to a middle ground I asked if my friend who lived in Tallahassee could come to pick up the replacement and she stated no it has to be me. I explained to her I could give her first and last name and she could check her id and the manager refused, per her manager (I guess the regional manager). I said so I am trying to resolve the issue that one of your employees caused and you do not want to work with me? She then said if I continue to speak to her like that she will hang up on me (she did) this whole phone conversation was 3 minutes. Her tone during the whole phone call was sarcastic and disrespectful. I do feel like she knew that I was a minority and could talk and speak to me any type of way. I have never experienced this type of behavior from any employee at any store and certainly not a Pandora. She has no respect for customers or any conflict resolution skills. I would never recommend this store to a friend or step foot in this store again. I will be writing letters and emails until I can speak with her manager because this whole exchange was unacceptable. I was not even that upset that the cleaning solution spilled and ruined my shoebox, I simply wanted it replaced and that was all. She blew everything out of proportion with her rude attitude and as I stated prior I will never visit her store again.

1 /5 Nicolas Burgos: Please stay away from this store. Avoid a headache and a huge disappointment. This is something else. Not what you’re used to in pandora. Very very very low standards. I could’ve taken everything I wanted and leave and no one would’ve noticed. This ladies are rude and disrespectful.

1 /5 Selina Barnes: Wanted to give update: New management in this store. Especially Leslie at this location was a darling. She got me taken care of. Very happy with the change. Closing 20 minutes early on Valentines Day for only some customers not all??? Lost revenue and looking pretty biased. I’ll be reporting your lazy store to corporate. The jewelry in there looks old and tarnished anyway. Not up to Pandora standards.

1 /5 Lisa Rumlin: This is literally the worst store ever. Please shop online. I went to return a bracelet that Id purchase on sale from them a few weeks ago on 01/08/2025. I was told by the associate the item was final sale and that it couldnt be returned or exchanged. However, the pick up slip nor my online receipt mentioned it was final sale. Furthermore, I would not be in this situation if the associate would have actually helped me the day of purchase and not have brushed me off.
