Very willing to work with their customers without pressuring you to buy, while also ensuring youre getting the best quality for the price paid. Ended up selling a couple rings and also got a very fair price for them. Looking forward to buying from them in the future.

5 /5 carolyn bridges: I have a rave review I want to share. A few months ago I had three rings sized. It was quite expensive but two of the rings belonged to my Mother in Law and were important to me. One of the rings, a small gold one, I wore every day. After about three weeks I felt a pop and saw that the ring had broken open and a small piece of the band had fallen out. I took it back to the store that did the repairs and was told that they could fix it but it would break again. Alternatively, they could replace the entire band for $275.00. This is a tiny inexpensive gold ring with no stones. I decided to get another estimate. I took it to Estate Jewelers, just outside our gate. They replaced the band with a much heavier one, and $200. I just cant say enough good about these folks. They are fair and honest and the price was very reasonable.

The customer service rep in this store was so polite and she was attentive to all the needs that I had as I looked at several rings which at the time I could not afford but theres nothing wrong with looking. Ill be back so I can treat myself to that diamond and sapphire ring. Their prices are pretty reasonable too. Thank you so much Im new here to Ocala so I really appreciated your kindness on today. I definitely will share about your business if I run across anyone that is looking to buy some nice jewelry or if they need an appraisal or something.
