Theyre so sweet and she felt super calm the whole time! They had one piercer today and offered to do one ear at a time, or have us come back for the simultaneous piercing, and my daughter was fine with one at a time. Shes a cool customer! She said she didnt feel any pain! We recommend this Kay to anyone looking for a piercing.
