She helped my husband surprise me with a gorgeous custom made 5 carat diamond ring as a “15 year upgrade” from my original wedding set & it is the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen! The sentiment and meaning behind every single detail in this ring is just perfection! I was a huge fan of Haley & HJL before & had several pieces from them, but now they’re stuck with me for good! NUR JIMENEZ I have known Matt and his son Trevor for a number of years now since they were at their West Palm location. Sad to see them go as they were only a couple of miles away from me but, I still would travel to have my repairs done. That tells you that they are trust worthy! B S Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future.
