wayne norris I cannot speak for it about any of these other reviews. I came into a bind and took some gold to sell. The price was fair and it was an easy transaction with cash in hand. I decided to work out a consignment deal WITH A HANDSHAKE on 2 other watches I had. After a month, neither watch had sold so I went to pick one up. I received that watch with zero issues and it was right in the case. The second watch I was told was at his jewelry maker getting a battery (common for stores not to be able to replace batteries on higher end pieces on the spot) and told me to give him a week. I have him the week and when I called he said a guy came in and out it in layaway. He asked for another week or so to get the payment and he’d would give me our agreed upon amount. Unfortunately, 2 days later, we all went on a stay at home order. Alex asked me to hold off until it was over and I very hesitantly did. Come time for the order to be lifted I called and Alex told me I could pick the money up Thursday. I tried to call on Wednesday to confirm and he did not answer. I spoke to his sister and I grew even more skeptical. She asked me to call the following day as he was gone for the day and reassured me I wasn’t be taken for a ride. Come Thursday I called and Alex was with customers. His sister once again spoke to me and told me to come in on Friday and she would see to it the Money was there and waiting. I went in today (Friday ) and sure enough, they were extremely polite (regardless of my skepticism) and there was an envelope with the cash in it waiting on me. I can say I now know Alex was just busy and not playing games. I will be returning with a few more time pieces I wouldn’t mind displaying for sale. As for the phone, number , his cell phone is what is listed on google. Be sure to get a business card and the store number is in it.

Jaylynne Tandy Phoenix Jewelry exceeded my expectations! I needed my wedding ring resized and a side stone replaced, and the owner personally handled the repair while I waited. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the price was extremely reasonable. I really appreciated the honest, friendly service and the quality of the repair. Highly recommend this local jeweler for anyone needing jewelry repairs or sizing—fantastic experience from start to finish!

Aretha Watson Greedy. Said it would cost 45 dollars to sodder a clean snap on a sterling silver chain. We know silver isnt an expensive metal. Trouble if you ASK me. He said its because hes located in the mall so thats costly. Lol. No disrespect Sir..but thats ridiculous! Found someone who did it in a jiffy and 5 dollars. Greedy.

Sharmin Rashid The two associates were AMAZING!!! I always forget names, sadly, so I cant remember their names, but it was two women. They were so nice and made my sister feel safe and comfortable. They complimented her, and walked her through the process, they really went above and beyond and made the experience easy and fast, and my sister wasnt as scared as she was going in. I wish I could give them more stars and praise, because theyre just that amazing. I recommended them to my sisters friends parents already, and definitely recommend them to others.

Alexis Cobb Danny and his team at Goldsmith Jewelry are incredible, I’m so glad we chose them for my engagement ring. I originally found a ring I loved online, but the shop was charging $4,500 for it. I called Danny, and he was able to make the exact same ring for $2,700! When I say the ring they made is stunning, I’m not exaggerating, I’m obsessed and can’t stop staring at it. They made sure it was finished early so I could have it in time for my engagement photos, and since everything is done in-house, they were even able to change the prongs from rounded to claw in just a few hours. On top of all that, Danny personally delivered the ring to me while I was out wedding dress shopping because I couldn’t make it in before they closed. Truly above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Pat Kronholm The customer returns area was easy to find. The associate was pleasant to talk to and was well versed in the return process. It was a very quick and easy transaction. I then had an item to pickup and she was just as efficient and quickly got my order and out the door I went.
