Recently she has been learning new skills from master Goldsmith Dana Romsdal, so that in the 5 years I have known her, I have seen great advances in her crafting expertise as well as her knowledge of hand-crafted heirloom quality jewelry.

He was extremely patient when my molds kept failing, and during our first fitting, he took the time to make sure we were completely happy with the fit and look. He also kept us updated every step of the way — we had an upcoming trip, and he went out of his way to ensure we received our grillz in time. A+ customer service! I have had a necklace custom made to include my mother’s diamond and it is amazing, I wear it daily. My husband and I both have our Rolex watches serviced by the master watch maker on staff. Recently my husbands watch started keeping irregular time and we took it in and neither Sandy or the watchmaker would quit until they had figured out the problem!
