Their are more than fair, they are legit, and they deliver a beautiful product. I bought a stunning loose diamond from them and they made me feel comfortable and informed in my choice. Everyone at Bri’s was very welcoming I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they immediately began helping me with removing some links from a watch I recently bought from an online vendor/builder. After a close look some of the adjustment screws were found to be mock and not an actual screw so the pins had to be tapped with a good bit of force to remove the links. They had the job done within 5-10 minutes and it was no normal link removal. I offered to pay double the rate because of the work and they still only charged me a single adjustment.
