Philip immediately greeted me, and was very welcoming. I was completely comfortable with his expertise in jewelry and felt he was honest with the final outcome and price. He spent a great deal of time and research making me feel valued as a customer. I ended up getting my ring polished and cleaned, which turned out stunningly beautiful! Kim Friedman My “nice” watch needed a new battery and I brought it to a store in Longwood, who is known for their inexpensive battery replacement. Usually it takes minutes to replace a battery at this place, but 45 min later, they were still attempting to get the back plate screwed on correctly. They blamed the delay on the tiny screws, needing a smaller screw driver. The plate was not level and I was concerned with water seepage. I drove directly to Sams, and without me mentioning what happened, they immediately commented the watch was not assembled correctly. It cost more than expected but they also cleaned the band and used a superior battery compared to the other place. I will only bring our watches to Sams from now on. You get what you pay for! The service was professional and they are knowledgeable. There is a reason they have been in Lake Mary for 30+ years!

Joseph Busacco I recently came in to have my grandfathers gold cross pendant fitted to go on my gold necklace, When I came in i needed it fitted within 48 hours of dropping its off and Joan and Dianne took wonderful care of me. We originally agreed the most cost effective route was to add an O ring to make it fit instead of paying for a new bale. As I came in to pick up my pendant today, they were able to enlarge my bale to make it fit perfectly while maintaining the original beauty of the piece for the same cost. Wonderful service and extremely efficient on short notice. I will definitely be returning and recommending to my friends and family!

I am not a trusting person and feel like "reviews" cant be trusted, that they were either paid for or computer generated. For this reason, Ive been sitting on old coins and jewelry because I didnt want to have to deal with selling ... comparing it to buying a car from the dealership (if you catch my drift). Normally when I visit the store, the manager treats me and other customers like trash with no respect or dignity. This young man is a true leader, and a the staff looked happy and confident working beside him. It was the first time in months that I saw the store and its employees so positive, I truly enjoyed shopping there today, I made my purchase and actually returned in the afternoon and made a second purchase.
