Mary Lucente Rick has been awesome to work with. He made me custom bracelets with silver and 14k yellow gold exactly the way i wanted. I was able to return something my husband bought and i did not like it. He took it back no questions asked! He does beautiful work.

Tufi Brigadorski I had the pleasure of meeting with Daniel for the first time today, and, I was immediately impressed with his responsiveness, professionalism, friendliness, and business acumen. It cannot be overstated, nobody offers a better deal, nobody! Firstly, although I initially missed him by phone call, he sent me a text message to let me know that he had missed my call and looked forward to connecting with me. No other jewelry business I have worked with has gone this extra step to make my inquiry feel this valuable. When I arrived to his office, I instantly felt that I was in the presence of a sincere and trustworthy businessman. He greeted me and confirmed our appointment, then invited me in. The office space is adorned with tasteful art, my favorite pieces being the peacock ornaments and the statue of the Greek goddess (Athena?) When I sat down with him, he spoke to me as if I were a friend, he explained to me certain things about the business that I never heard before, which strengthened my understanding of why some other jewelers conducted themselves the way that they did. Needless to say, Daniel went above and beyond to distinguish my experience from the others, and, it cannot be overstated - his deals *will not* be beaten. He accepted my initial proposal, which, honestly, stunned me a bit, since no other jeweler in my area came close! Al does the jewelry repairs and any other requests that you may need and is a miracle worker with jewelry!! He is the absolute best!! Andy, Stacy and the entire staff are incredible, I truly cannot say enough! I have since moved to Tennessee and had to have a repair done on my wedding ring and took it to a jewelry in Tennessee and they cracked my ring! Distraught... I called Al frantically and he said I can fix it, so my husband and I came from Tennessee to have Al fix my ring ... OMG, Al went above and beyond putting me first to fix my ring and it came out beautiful.. words cannot say how happy I am! Thank you truly and truly Al for helping me! Hot Wired This is a great store to stop in to pick up some jewelry trinkets to take home all for $10 each or on sale for $5 if you find it. Be sure to ask for one of their cards as if it gets punched 10 times. When you purchase 10 items you get a free item! The staff here was absolutely wonderful. Extremely friendly and glad to help you. Rick and Jess provided us exceptional customer service while shopping for new rings in celebration of our anniversary. The store at Johns Pass in Madeira Beach is bright and welcoming. We enjoyed our visit there. Even though we do not live in the area, this will be our go-to online jewelry store from here on out!
