They helped me pick the perfect pair and explained everything about the different styles and materials. I really appreciated their attention to detail, like helping me try on several options and offering care tips for the earrings. The store had a nice atmosphere, making the whole experience enjoyable. I also love the added benefits, like free cleaning and a lifetime warranty. Kay’s definitely exceeded my expectations, and Ill be back for sure! Highly recommend!

We were immediately warmly greeted upon entering, and when I asked if they could clean my ring, the woman helping us said she could absolutely do it quickly for us. She took it right back and cleaned it faster than I could even imagine. It looks incredible, shining as much as it did when I was proposed to a year ago. Many other outlet stores carry inferior products for their specials, never here. All the sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful Brighton girls! Love this store!
