I brought in a very sentimental ring that my grandma had gifted me—it was missing a stone, and three others were cracked and needed replacement. Not only did Marat do an incredible job replacing the stones, but he also polished the ring to perfection, leaving it looking absolutely brand new. The level of craftsmanship was outstanding, and the service was both fast and professional. My family has officially found our new go-to jeweler!

He was very patient and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy and never made me feel rushed during the entire process. Nicholas Harris Amazing customer service! Took the time to make sure the job was done right the first time. Very informative on the limitations of how much work could be performed on the specific piece of jewelry I brought in before its structural integrity would be compromised. Rings actually looked better than new when everything was finished and the price to quality of craftsmanship ratio was beyond fair. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done on their fine jewelry.

Lindsay Amick I wish I knew the name of the two women that helped us while we were picking out our wedding bands the day before our wedding, we had really slacked on getting them and didn’t really expect to leave with anything with how close the wedding was. We had hoped to find something our size, but we ended up having even better luck than we anticipated coming to Westchester Gold! The two women who helped us were extremely patient and helpful! They sorted through rings to get our best fit and found the perfect wedding band jacket for my engagement ring! They ended up re-sizing 3 rings, and spent an hour sorting through finding which one my husband wanted. They were excellent with their customer service and they had it ready the next morning in time for our wedding. Perfect sizing, and even shined up!

Wilson, which I believe is the owner or manager is extremely knowledgeable, honest and fair. They have a great selection of gold, watches, bracelets, earrings and more. Best prices in central Florida. I went in on Monday at noon, agreed to get a custom piece added to my charm. In just under a couple of hours the piece was ready and looked better than I expected it. Will definitely be doing business again soon.
