April Miller Wonderful jeweler! I needed my engagement ring repaired because I knocked my Diamond loose. They repaired, cleaned and polished my ring same day within 30 minutes. They do all repairs in house, are super friendly and price was more than fair.

bloodslash90 Quite white-glove service here! I sent in a Waltham thats about 125 years old after looking around all over town and finding nobody who would even want to touch it. The guy took it, quoted me 10 days, and it was done in precisely 10 days at an affordable $220. Its running like a top now and came back to me in a nice, cushy little box. Now well see if I can get another 125 years out of it! If you need real *watch work* done and not just a battery swap, dont bother looking anywhere else but here. This is the only guy in Ocala that will do it. ADDENDUM: Around a week or so after the initial repair, the minute hand fell off the dial which to my understanding was not his fault. Being that it was made while Queen Victoria was still on the throne, it had come loose due to either use, age, or both. Either way, **he fixed it for me while I waited in the span of 5 minutes at no charge.** This guy has a ONE YEAR warranty on his repair jobs and he does good work.

I often admired my grandmothers simple yet stunning engagement and wedding rings, which she always said would one day be passed to me. Last year, that cherished promise was fulfilled. When I saw the rings, I immediately wanted to wear them and confidently placed my trust in Kathein Jewelers. Lisa Armstrong Every associate is top notch. Theyre friendly, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. My engagement ring and two wedding bands were purchased at this store. And I am definitely going to be a lifelong customer for any future purchases. The only downside, I wish they had an in-store shop for repairs. I have issues with my ring finger knuckle and its been a process trying to get the sizing right. And having to part with my rings for 10-14 days. No fault of the associates! I just think there is definitely a need for repairs to be done locally at the store.
