I began working with Wilson on some very specific needs initiating with a curb link chain and a customized cuban bracelet. Buying from out of state is not an easy decision, especially jewelry, but Wilson answered every question I had. The chain was not in-stock, but they offered to make it for me, and they did not dissapoint! It was one of the smoothest, most engaging, and customer centric experiences I have had when purchasing jewelry. When the bracelet arrived, it was too big, and without hesitation Wilson sent me a label to have it sent back to shorten the length for a better fit.
