1 /5 Norkis López: I’m really disappointed. Almost all of my jewelry is from this brand, and I’ve even owned much more affordable pieces in the past that have lasted longer than my Pandora items. I understand that proper care is important, but I didn’t expect my Pandora bracelet and charms to tarnish so quickly with just normal daily wear. For the price, I expected better durability—these pieces didn’t even last a full month without needing constant cleaning and polishing. What’s even more frustrating is that right across the store, I found jewelry that was not only more beautiful but also of noticeably better quality for the same price. If you’re looking to treat yourself or buy a meaningful gift for someone special, I’d recommend checking out Zales or Kay. In my experience, their pieces offer much better value and longevity.

1 /5 Светлана Сорочева: I would give this store zero stars if I could. On my first visit, they didn’t allow me to try on the item. I assumed it was the store’s policy, so I didn’t buy anything — it was impossible to tell how the item looked on or how heavy it was. Later, while walking through the mall, I stopped by again and was suddenly allowed to try it on. I ended up purchasing the item. Unfortunately, the staff is quite unpleasant. The overall experience left a bad impression.

5 /5 Hayley Ricci: I had an amazing experience at Pandora! I worked with Cynthia and she went above and beyond to assist my mom and I. I needed a smaller bracelet due to weight loss, so she measured my current bracelet and helped me choose one that fits better. She also informed me not to put all my charms on at once to prevent the bracelet from snapping - I didn’t know that! She suggested I wait a week or so for it to break in. My mom and I wanted specific summer charms that weren’t on the tray, so she searched the store and found the exact ones we wanted. She also helped me with finding a beautiful new ring! Overall I had a lovely experience - I will definitely be returning.

1 /5 Joselyn Hernandez: I went to the UTC location in Sarasota FL, for my daughters Birthday and all the girls that work in the store are rude and didn’t not make us feel welcome, we had to apologize every time we asked a question about the rings or any item because the girl had a horrible attitude. She seemed very unhappy to have to take care of us. So sad to see you are treated like that when you are a customer. I know they will do great because people buy a lot of items from them but at least be nice to all the customers! If YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB!! Look for something else to do.

1 /5 Johanna Crook Beville: I visited the UTC Pandora on Friday, July 25th around 2:10 PM to purchase charms and have two bracelets cleaned. I was told they dont do cleanings on Fridays. When I made a lighthearted joke about the machine taking every Friday off, the staff shared they only do cleanings Monday through Thursday, as weekends are busier. However, it is a Friday and at the time, there were three staff members on the sales floor and no other customers in the store. While I understand store policies, the lack of flexibility was disappointing. A customer-service focused manager would’ve recognized the quiet moment and made a one-time exception. That would have gone a long way and would have enhanced my loyalty to the brand. Unfortunately, due to the circumstances, I left without making my planned purchases and don’t plan to return.
