Katie was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the selection process for a Neil Lane wedding ring set. She listened to my preferences and helped me find the perfect rings that not only fit my budget but also captured the essence of what I wanted for my wife. Her expertise made me feel confident in my choice, and she was patient with all my questions. What impressed me the most was her genuine enthusiasm and passion for her work. Laura Pierce I had the most wonderful experience here today with Kevin and Nayra! They have so many amazing stones and such unique pieces of jewelry. I took my engagement ring to get its yearly maintenance and I’m so glad I found a place that I can trust with my ring. I think it ended up looking more sparkly than it did when I first got it! Allison Wilson Staci, and her staff, are fantastic! They take their time with each client, giving attention to each detail. After going through chemotherapy for lymphoma, the weight just will not come off, even after two years of working on it. I purchased an inexpensive band and solitaire from online (not real anything) to at least wear something to show I am married. Staci talked with me, at length, about what I was interested in having done. I had several family pieces (mothers and fathers wedding rings, pieces from my mother-in-law, and some of my own which I no longer wear), along with my original wedding set. My desire was to have an heirloom piece made with as many parts of the family and personal items as possible. The finished product is perfect! I cannot stop looking at my ring! The design suggestions and planning were spot on. I highly recommend Sullivan’s Jewelers for your jewelry needs, even if its not a custom piece.

Jennifer Loch Maitland Jewelers is an amazing, experience local jeweler. I have brought two items to them for repair/re-stringing pearls and both times they have presented creative solutions and quality, and frankly stunning, work. In addition to that, their staff could not be more pleasant and friendly! The pricing is very reasonable. Lastly, their selection of jewelry for sale is unique and absolutely gorgeous! - I have my eye on a few pieces ;)

Wildar Palanque Such wonderful people! Firstly, they were very welcoming as soon as I came into the place. They repaired my heart bracelet and cleaned and adjusted the clasp on the other. Definitely will not hesitate on utilizing them again. They have a selection of beautiful jewelry as well. They really know their stuff.
