Bianca Gina The Vault Watches and Diamonds is hands down one of the best jewelry stores in Tampa. Their pieces are stunning, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. I love that they not only carry luxury jewelry and watches but also offer custom designs and repairs with real attention to detail. You can tell they care about quality and customer service, which makes the whole experience feel personal and trustworthy.

James Ackert I have used these folks to size an Omega watch bracelet and polish a nice Tissot watch with an 18k gold bezel. The bezel on the Tissot was scratched from a few years of wear, but Downtown Jewelry restored it LIKE NEW! The price has always been quite reasonable. Thanks so much, Downtown Jewelry & Watch!

B S Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future. From a standpoint of someone who collects coins and gems for collection sake, I can appreciate the face value of perfect customer service and customer care. Thanks again for your time! syn Simmons has been a winter park staple for years and I was sad to hear that they have been forced out of their old location. But the good news is they are right down the street in the old Taylors Pharmacy. I brought in my grandfathers watch today that I recently received to have it resized for my wrist. They did an excellent job, it was very fast and I was out the door, they didnt even charge me. Next time Im in the market for a watch Ill be sure to visit Simmons. They have a great selection of time pieces.
