5 /5 B S: Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future. From a standpoint of someone who collects coins and gems for collection sake, I can appreciate the face value of perfect customer service and customer care. Thanks again for your time! I dropped off a lot of repairs and watches for new batteries. The best price on those batteries and all of the repairs are so good. They are very honest and they take great pride in their work. Repairs may take a minute, worth that wait!! They remember you when they see you. It’s a small family business that serves a lot of repeat customers for a long time now. Very fair pricing!
