I was very close with my Papa and thought it would be so special to have his watch in working order again so I could wear it for myself. There was some wear/erosion from him wearing it often. C Pagan 2 rings / Wedding band set left to be sized down from size 7 to size 6. They did phenomenal work on my rings. You can’t tell the ring was cut at all. They even cleaned & polished my rings for me. I’m completely satisfied with their custom service. They were courteous and professional. Very inviting and I will come back. Many Thanks to your staff. MoonlitVoz Terrible Experience – Stay Away! I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I brought in a gold necklace and a watch for service, and they completely mishandled both items. They switched out pieces of my gold necklace without telling me and returned it in a different condition than I left it. On top of that, they broke my watch during the process. When I confronted them about the issues, they refused to take responsibility. They offered no refund or compensation for the necklace, and were rude and dismissive when I asked for a resolution. I expected professionalism and honesty, but got the complete opposite. I do not recommend this business to anyone. If you value your jewelry and want fair treatment, take your items elsewhere!
