5 /5 Michael Gutzmer: I took my gold bracelet in for repair. I was expecting to get an estimate. But right away the goldsmith started working on it and was repaired and polished in just minutes. And they only charged $20. Another high end store estimated $200.

1 /5 Kim Martinez: This Jewelry store is NO GOOD. THEY LIE.*********** Took a cross to have a couple little stones replaced. They didnt have them in stock. Said I will call you in two days. It will be done. No call after a week I called, no answer. Couldnt leave a voicemail, said full. Tried for 10 days no answer not open. On the door has hours days times. There all Lies. So they had my Sons 2 inch cross that he couldnt wear for the Holidays. I was outside this place, where people drove from Sarasota. I told them about this place. They thanked me and went down the street. Dont Anyone ever go here if you want a good place. There not at all. They Are Liars.

I love the way they looked on her. i want to go and get another pair. he wanted to charge me and extra $25 for the same earrings. the crazy thing about it, i went the next day to get them. i ask him could i get them for the same price. He said no. By the way the earrings weighed 1.3 grams. Very disappointed. i will never do business with them again. i will make sure to tell all my friends never to go there.

1 /5 Lan Lvea: Hours state everyday close at 5:30pm. We went at 3pm and they were closed. Called the numbers on the door and the lady said she would be there in 45mins. Why would we wait for you when your hours on the door say 5:30? I guess you don’t need customers or their money too bad if you can close whenever you want.
