Susan Lane Loved this place! It had such a pleasant balance of eclectic, creative and vintage items. Each little nook of this place was filled with fun to look at stuff. I didnt purchase anything but a little surprise grab bag for 13.00 that Ive not opened yet. So much I loved, but we are flying home and shipping would make my husbands wallet cry...cant wait to snoop through my goodie bag later, I am a sucker for a good gamble! Owners were really nice too! Diane Augustus I recently found that a prong had broken on my diamond engagement ring. Being new to the area, I needed to find a knowledgeable and reliable jeweler. We were recommended to B. Franklin from a friend who was very happy with them. I brought the ring in and the jeweler explained what needed to be done and gave me a very fair price. In 3 days time, my ring was repaired and looked brand new. I wouldnt hesitate to go back. Not only were they knowledgeable, but also very pleasant!

A Jones Jaleen is amazing, very friendly and easy to approach. Top notch customer service and product knowledge. I came into the store and was immediately assisted. I had pics and a general idea of what I wanted to buy and she immediately knew the location of every item in the stores inventory, saved me so much time as I normally just wander aimlessly thru the store, get frustrated, and dont buy anything. Jaleen not only assisted me with finding, picking, and purchasing the perfect Valentines Day gift for my friend, she also introduced me to the engraving and boxing service I previously did not know existed. I usually decline up services but her sales pitch was perfect and made so much sense I would have been a fool to decline. Jaleen saved me so much time and was such a breathe of fresh air that I telling all of my family and friends to shop at this location. Thank you Jaleen and the management staff that obviously encourages her to provide such wonderful customer service.
