5 /5 Lily Zheng: This is an amazing place with awesome staffs! I accidentally left my Tiffany necklace in the tray while I was trying their jewelry. When I realized what’s happening, I am already in airport and couldn’t go back to pick it up. I called the store and they were so nice. They apologized and offered to send the necklace to me. Two days later, I received my necklace in a cute little box with a lovely card. I really want to say thank you to Leanne and all staffs who helped. I appreciate your honesty and kindness. I will definitely visit the store again next time I am in the area. For people who are looking for nice jewelries, this is a highly recommended place with great selections as well as excellent people vibes!

I was looking for a metal pin or some kind of pin to hide a hole that was in a sweater that I bought in Italy strange way to start a review I know, but I want the readers of this to understand the type of heart and the dynamic people that work at this location specifically a woman named Marina I walked into the store with my sister, looking for a last-minute pin to hide the hole in my sweater not only did Marina take out her sewing kit and fix the hole in my sweater, but the blue didn’t match so she took the thread out and then re-threaded it with black thread I just have to say that act of kindness Not only goes noticed, but I hope people understand what a blessing she is to others and specifically to this company.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, warm, and fair.
