2 /5 Sebastian Perez: I had a very disappointing experience at this store. An older lady with short hair was extremely rude and dismissive. She acted as if I didn’t know anything about jewelry and even made comments suggesting I had bad taste—completely uncalled for. I was buying a gift for my wife and almost walked out because of her attitude. The other saleswoman was barely paying attention and didn’t seem interested in helping us either. This kind of customer service makes people think twice before spending their money. I hope management takes this seriously.

1 /5 Taylor Cardinale: I’m very disappointed in my experience here at this very specific store. I went to go make a return and I could not find my receipt, but I did have my order number. The manager. Anna was very rude and distasteful refuse to look up my order number and told me just because I came in with the bag in a box does not mean I bought it. I felt like that was very unprofessional and rude considering that I was just trying to make a return so then she suggested to do an exchange after making multiple comments underneath her breath. She’s very nasty older woman, she followed me around the store like I was trying to steal and she made me feel like I was a thief. After this experience I called customer service. The woman from customer service went and sent me my receipt through my email and I came back the next day to make a return with another associate who was perfectly fine. She was extremely nice and gave me no issues.

1 /5 Destiny Lopez: Upon walking in I was ignored and not acknowledged. I was in search of a necklace for my grandma for her birthday. When I was looking at one of the boxes that hold the jewelry, the lid was clearly broken and tipped over falling over on the side. This lady whose name tag said Ana yelled over to me “Are you destroying my store” (as there were other customers in the store). I then responded “no it was already broken”. Rude customer service. She was also on her phone texting the whole time.After making a selection, I was waiting to be rung for about 5-10 mins but she didn’t even notice I was ready so I just left. If I could give this place ZERO stars I WOULD!!

5 /5 Alejandra Gorbachenko: Loved this store so much and let me tell you whyyyyy! So I’m on vacation, trying to get some small gifts for my family! This lady rings me up, short hair, tall. Anna I believe her name was. Hannah? (Sorry I was rushing and don’t remember your name) Very tall regal woman. Extremely charismatic. Well she rung me up she gave me a small gift for my purchase!!!! I have been buying from Swarovski for YEARS! And I didn’t know if you spend a certain amount they give you a small gift! That was a very pleasant surprise! Not to mention how lovely this woman was throughout my whole experience! She helped me pick gifts so I didn’t have to stress too much on what I needed to get! It’s like she knew my family. Anyway! Next time I’m at a Swarovski’ store I’m expecting the same type of treatment.
