Jennifer Morris This place is wonderful and easy to shop at the owners are super kind and always help find and get exactly what we need. When we are way over budget they are quick to help us with the financing and making sure we take home our jewels same day. Their jewelry is top notch and I could spend a long time just looking and making wish lists. Second time in and got plenty of high end goodies thank you !

Melissa Maneri I walked into Dover Jewelry disappointed with prior appraisals on a ring - they were honest, said it was worth a little more they what I was told, and said they would do their best..... 48 hours later and it was sold for double it was appraised for! Ive also had a set of earrings and a different ring fixed (lost diamonds) and it was fixed perfectly, quickly, and affordably. The Dover Team was welcoming, communicative, and knowledgeable every time Ive come to them. They have exquisite taste and you can tell by their inventory (and the team :-). Shane, Ally, & Paola, thank you for all your help - I will be back and continue to refer friends and colleagues!

Sheldon Rozman Incredible customer service! The team at Timeless were exceptionally knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with their selection of jewelry and timepieces… none of the run-of-the- mill stuff—rare, unique, and exquisite pieces! I appreciated that they didn’t carry the same cookie-cutter designs you see in other stores. Their art deco pieces are just incredible. We didn’t feel any pressure to purchase, rather it was truly an experience. The owners are very personable and we sat for hours just talking and learning about the history of some of the pieces that caught our eye. I haven’t seen this level of customer service anywhere in the area and it was so refreshing to support local and family owned business.

Disco Superfly I dont think you can ask for nicer and more professional people. Quality work, quality service and they made us feel like we were long-time friends, though it was our first time in the store. Wouldnt think of buying jewelery or having it repaired anywhere else. Highly recommend!!

claudia noya my experience here was really good. the sales lady giselle is the bomb. she was very nice and very respectful as well as very patient with me cause Im very indecisive. she expressed her opinion when i asked her for it in a respectful way. she is plain great!! 10/10 would recommend this store to anyone as long as giselle is working there!!!!

Kayla Joynes This place is great. From the customer service to the store it self. I recently got engaged on my cruise and the ring didn’t quite fit. I called to make sure they were able to do it in store. When I called I spoke to Les Dawson, let me just say this he is absolutely fantastic! He answered all of my questions and was so friendly. When I went in to drop the ring off I spoke with him again and was pleased with how nice everyone including him were. We paid extra to get done expressed and I got a call the next morning not to long after they were open that my ring was ready. I will be going back if I need anything else. This is by far the best jewelry store I’ve been to! Props to Les Dawson for great customer service and going above and beyond!
