David P "Uneducated" per Rhonda, one of the owners... My wife (who is very educated by the way) and I visited their booth last Friday, at Safety Harbors 3rd Friday and she was interested in a few of their silver charms. One in particular was a rather large leopard but my wife didnt like the chain. We then asked Rhonda if we could try it on my wifes chain. Rhonda proceeded to add it and my wife decided it was a little to big so again, she asked Rhonda to remove it. Well...my wifes chain then broke at the clasp. 1st word out of Rhondas mouth was that was a cheap chain and no way was it silver. No apology for breaking the chain, no sympathy - really?. Anyways my wife ended up buying another charm and we left. My wife later emailed Rhonda that she was upset and cant believe they did nothing and offered no apology. To top that off, Rhonda ended up calling my wife as a follow-up to the email and proceeded to argue about the chain and stated that she (my wife) is "uneducated" since she did not work in the jewelry trade industry. Well....we are not 10 years old and definitely aware of different grades of silver, platings etc... Granted it wasnt an expensive chain and its not the point, just horrible customer service. Never again buying from this vendor

Mariclaire Fraboni First time customer but I will definitely be back! I initially came in to get my antique heirloom engagement ring sized and appraised. The knowledge the ladies at Miriam’s Jewelry has is breath taking. They understood what I needed to have done and what my goal was, keeping the integrity of the 100 year old history of the ring. Before I picked up my engagement ring, I came back and brought my David Yurman ring that had a cracked main stone (should have taken before pictures!) They helped me pick a new stone, gave me price quotes of a few different stones and ultimately was able to replace it with a gorgeous garnet, my birthstone. This DY ring has been sitting in my jewelry box for a few years because I didn’t know who would take on the task of replacing the stone. They made it so effortless. I am so happy with the turn out of both rings and was quoted a reasonable and fair price. I was truly thrilled because I was fixing these rings in a specific budget. Definitely go in if you want a custom piece, something fixed or you want to look at their incredible assortment. I could gush all day how amazing they are. Highly recommend!!!

Joan Ford The prongs holding the diamond on my engagement ring were bent and I was afraid of losing the stone. Robin greeted us warmly and asked how she can help. I told her that the prongs werent aligned properly to hold the diamond securely. She had someone fix it for us right away, and for free.

Patriots Password I absolutely loved this place, and the people running it were fabulous. They were so knowledgeable about what I wanted and even helpful with somethings I did not know that I wanted. I went to Emerald coast coins searching for a birthday present for my brother, I did not know what he had or did not have in his collection. The lady behind the desk was able to point me in the right direction with some very interesting gold pieces and sunken treasure. I had never seen anything like that until I went to emerald coast coins, and I was so glad that I went to them for help in finding a gift. I highly recommend them for thwir hwlpfulness, friendliness, and knkwledge regarding all things numismatic. Plus, they have a large inventory, so if you are looking for a specific piece, they probably will have it.

Janie Renaud I had a wonderful experience at Pembroke Jewelers. Melissa greeted me and had suggestions for repair of a vintage bracelet. She was very professional and got back to me with the cost after the jeweler assessed it. Very fair price and quick repair. I picked up the bracelet and they not only repaired the clasp and added a few links but cleaned it and polished it. Beautiful work.
