Kimberlys Jewelers - Fort Walton Beach
Janice Bonham West I took 2 jewelry projects to Kimberlys Jewelers; the first required a custom design. Alex talked through the design with me and produced two exquisite pendants that exactly matched what I had requested. The second project involved replacing multiple diamonds in a platinum ring setting Alex ordered stones from different sources and set them beautifully, straightening the setting and polishing it so it actually looks better than when it was new! He did both projects more economically than other quotes in the area. The work was completed on time, the customer service was professional and courteous, and the whole experience was pleasant and professional. The only question I have is, why take your jewelry anywhere else? I know Ill check at Kimberly first when Im shopping for jewelry and repairs going forward.

The family is very well-known in our community for their honor and integrity, as well as having the most exclusive gold jewelry you’ll ever find! All staff members at Kishek Jewelers, are extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Such an amazing experience and love their no-pressure approach. The only jeweler that I will support for future purchases. I see some unfair reviews about having to set an appointment to enter the showroom. Personally, I appreciate the family for being considerate enough to ensure customers and staff are always in a safe environment. I think it’s very reasonable. As a bonus, the security guards are very pleasant and welcome you inside with a smile. If you’re looking for a special gift for yourself or someone else, look no further than Kishek Jewelers. I highly recommended them!

Joanna U They did an amazing job fixing my wedding band that was previously re sized at another gable’s jeweller which left me with blisters. I was so impressed with the way they managed to fix this. I also had my engagement ring re sized there which was done perfectly. The customer service is wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be purchasing all my jewellery from them going forward.

Jil Shingledecker I had a costume ring that I absolutely loved but, because it was costume, it started to turn on me. I went to Alexis at Kirsikka and asked if he could replicate to a sterling silver version to avoid tarnish. Not only did he recreate my beautiful "Sex and the City" style ring, he made it even better! I would highly recommend him for custom pieces, and just general jewelry/gift needs. He is an extremely creative jeweler and has stunning pieces to choose from. I also overheard another client discussing how she will only bring her repairs to Alexis. Thank you for such a fabulous piece; something I will cherish forever and get so many compliments on!!

The Silver Queen - Largo
Heather Packert The best customer service! Visited without an appointment a few weeks ago with my three children. Staff greeted us so kindly when we entered and directed me to the right area. I had a Tiffany item that needed to be restored. The associate took it to the back and I assumed Id be dropping it off for a while and have to pay. She came back quickly with a big smile and said it was on the house. How sweet it was for her to take her time to help me. My kids and I shopped around for a bit and I will definitely be back for gifts & some personal jewelry. The shop is clean and organized and very well maintained. What a great local find!
