5 /5 Elizabeth Gavillan: I was introduced to them by a friend after telling her how my husband wanted to upgrade my wedding ring. I also was nervous because I had to have my late mother’s diamond ring repaired. When they called me to show me the design they came up for my dream ring, they were so attentive and accommodating. The ring they designed for me is truly a dream and the best part? I had my mother’s ring with me when I went in to see it in person, and felt very comfortable trusting them with repairing it. While discussing the repair of her ring, I had a thought for the loose diamonds that were going to be replaced on my mothers ring of incorporating them into my dream ring, and without hesitation- they showed me a new mockup with the diamonds added from my momma and now I will have my dream ring with pieces of my moms diamond ring in the design! And they are also going to repair her ring so that I can pass it down to my girls. From the very first conversation, they made me feel extremely comfortable and like I was a true VIP! Highly, highly recommend Masterpiece Jewelers for all your heirloom and jewelry needs!

She took the time to walk me through everything and even gave me some great local recommendations to explore while I’m visiting. The rest of the staff was really kind and welcoming too — just an all-around great vibe in the store. I really appreciated the warm and knowledgeable service!

5 /5 Stephanie: Good jewelry store that was willing to make my vision come to fruition while staying within my budget. I also appreciated that I was able to do 90% of my decision making over text so there was no need to drive back and forth or feel pressured into buying when I wasnt ready. Turn around time was also good and I like that my pieces came with an appraisal. I would recommend this jewelry store, and have already considered using them again!
