The owner couldnt have been more helpful and friendly, Not only did I find what I wanted right away, they fitted and adjusted the ring for me, and put it in a beautiful box for gifting to my girl.. Everyone at Bri’s was very welcoming I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and they immediately began helping me with removing some links from a watch I recently bought from an online vendor/builder. After a close look some of the adjustment screws were found to be mock and not an actual screw so the pins had to be tapped with a good bit of force to remove the links. They had the job done within 5-10 minutes and it was no normal link removal. I offered to pay double the rate because of the work and they still only charged me a single adjustment. I really appreciate the help! Watch now fits great. If you are looking for custom jewelry, watch repair, or anything jewelry related be sure to check them out!

L P Fast and friendly service. I bought my husband a ring online that we wanted to return so we went to the local Gainesville Pandora at Oaks Mall. We were greeted by a friendly counterperson who took care of us soon after we walked in. The return was fast since I had purchased the ring on my Pandora account (highly recommend joining their free membership if you hate keeping paper receipts) and the refund went directly back to my credit card. Id return here again for additional accessories since they also have 10% off for veterans and UF employees:) thanks for a great first visit!
