Its tucked just off of 13th street, on a road that can get super busy, but theres plenty of parking on the side of the building opposite of Starbucks. Every time Ive come inside, theyve been nothing but respectful, knowledgeable, nice and understanding -- especially to repeat customers. Im no stranger to customer service, and they do a superb job Theyre thorough, speak highly of their customers, and take good care of the items they sell. In a pawn shop, these are very important qualities. Their store is a bit smaller, but they have a great selection as well. I definitely recommend.

You can see his creations which are absolutely amazing !! I wanted a custom, handmade Cuban link chain 9 mm wide 24 inches long a handmade lock and my initials in diamonds. After speaking with Laura, she told me she could have this made in a week or so I was impressed !! A week later I picked up my chain at a FedEx location and was blown away by how heavy and beautiful it is, words can’t describe how amazing this chain feels around my neck !! The attention to detail is like none other the quality of the gold and diamonds, the craftsmanship and workmanship are the best that you’ll ever find. A few days later I went back with my finance to have it resized and we met Eli. We were absolutely blown away with Eli’s attention to detail and thorough explanation of the process from beginning to end, including examination of the diamond to taking photos and the ensuring we get the same ring back after resizing.
