He said it will be ready to pick up in 1-3 business days and then called me and couple hours later and told me it was all ready!! Very great service and he did a beautiful job. Thank you so much Philip!

5 /5 D: Needed a screw put back into the very specific handle of my watch. They were kind enough to take overnight. They checked inventory, called next day let me know they were without ( what a discovered being a rare type) but went home and wound up finding in the original box when looking for the number to call; per their helpful info provided. After finding, the next day back, they handled in no time and no charge, even for a small offer. It is very much appreciated!! This watch is my life/ activity

1 /5 Karen French: I went to Phillips to have a new battery put in my watch and a diamond put in my ring. My watch stopped working the day I picked it up and the diamond fell out 3 days later. I am going to ask for a full refund. I will post again when I get a response from then.

1 /5 Hanneke Wasserman: Never use this jeweler for any watch repairs. They do not know how to respect your watch, they destroy it and then will not respect you enough to correct their error. They overcharge you as well. See my pictures. A vintage Borel watch given to them with the original see through back (which they either destroyed or lost). They had my watch for over 5 months and returned it to me with a home made back that is not a Borel back and look how unprofessional that was done. Now they wont communicate with me nor refund me my $140.00 they charged me for destroying a vintage watch. Also their jewelry is way overpriced and I give them a thumb down for ripping people off.

5 /5 Daphne Zeigler-Sharp: Stopped by to replace the battery in my watch which was accomplished quickly and efficiently with friendly service. Was admiring the Rings, I myself like to rings, got a great deal on a cute little toe ring! They have a lot of very unique and individual items well worth a trip in just to browse and the prices were great.
