Zack was friendly, straightforward, and easy to work with—no pressure, just honest and helpful. The store itself really impressed me—clean, organized, and packed with a wide variety of merchandise, all at great prices. You can tell they take pride in what they do. B S Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future.
