From the moment we walked in, Marcia made us feel welcome and truly listened to what we were looking for in a wedding band. She had an incredible sense of exactly what we needed and guided us through the process with so much patience, care, and expertise. What really stood out was how friendly and communicative she was. She explained everything clearly and never made us feel rushed. 1 /5 Diana Wood: Brought wedding and engagement set to re-rodium. I called ahead to see if it was ready and was told yes. Got to the store and the wedding band has a lump on the inner band. No one checked before to make sure it was done correctly and thought I was stupid not to inspect. No apologies. They just had me wait so they could fix it. Not again. Then when I asked to check the diamonds, she responded, Jared is a reputable store. Oh really!! If that is reputable then I prefer to do business with someone who is not. At least I know what I’m getting. Jared, you are a disappointment for reputable.
