Chris Graybosch Went to the Altamonte store to get warranty work for my wedding band. A diamond fell out and I hadn’t been back to the store in many years. Wildalis was the wonderful worker who helped me. She scoured the Zales records to find my information and it took some time because it has been so long since I purchased the ring. She found the info, and then proceeded to take care of my issue immediately. She was incredibly helpful, exceeding professional, and earned a customer for life. My wife and I love Zales, and now we have a new favorite person.

Riley Beam I took my grandmothers wedding band and engagement ring here to be re-sized after my girlfriend said yes to my proposal. The rings had to be re-sized from a size 9 down to a size 6 to fit my fiance. I wanted to make sure I went to a place that I could trust to handle this without damaging or destroying something of such personal value to me and my fiance. Fifth Avenue Jewelers is that place! The owners make and design their own rings, so re-sizing was a piece of cake for them. The store is locally-owned and because of that, the owners really do care about their customers, and were very happy to be part of such a special moment in our lives.
