4 /5 Ricebox Mazda: I ordered a 6mm Miami Cuban Link 14k Solid Bracelet from DJI May 21,2025. As it was make to order I was informed it would be “7-8 weeks for production.” Fine by all means. As we neared the 7 week mark I gave the shop a call as I was eager to get my bracelet. They told me it wasn’t done quite yet. It would be done the following week. Fast forward to the following week, July 15 now. Gave them a call, said they were still working on the lock. Expected to be finished the next week. Now, July 25 gave the shop another call and was told they had to remake the lock it’d be done the next week. Which is fine, I would rather good quality than to have the product rushed. I proceed to follow up the next week as that was the expectation they set. 10 weeks now. They said it would for sure be done the next week they were still working on the lock. 2 weeks later I call because at this point I have still not heard anything back. Aug 14th, they said the piece was almost done. It would be finished up the following Tuesday ( Aug 19) and ship that day. The piece did ship that next day and arrived next day to my local FedEx facility. They hold the package there until you come in with ID. At least in my experience they did. The piece looks fantastic. The lock is tactile and sturdy, links are tight I couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship. However, total build time from them to my hands was 13 weeks. I would have felt a lot better if the customer service was more tentative to giving follow ups rather than me having to call in or just sit and wait in the dark. Seems like the same person handles incoming calls regarding order status. Maybe would want to start there DJI. I would do business with them many times over as the quality and integrity is unmatched. Just expect to wait a little bit longer than expected.

Its my second purchase from DJI and might I say, my 7 and 5/8" 7mm cuban with diamond button arrived FLAWLESS, just like the time before that and fits like a dream. If you order, you a product that measures out at OR over spec. My bracelet came in at 7.04mm and the length spot on. These guys are legit, not like other jewelers who say the product is for example, 7mm and you recieve a 6.8mm..... My only gripe is the wait time. 8 weeks sucks but it was worth every second and does not take away from the 5 star review. Quality and craftsmanship are second to none!!!! I will be ordering a 4mm rope chain soon!!

1 /5 UnKnown Productions: I placed an order for a 8mm 18k Miami cuban link bracelet in September of 2024. I had heard great things about Daniel Jewelry Inc and looking at reviews online everything was positive. So I went ahead and ordered the bracelet, They’re known for making their Cubans by hand so I knew it would take some time before the item was created and shipped. Fast forward to November 2024 I get a package from Daniel Jewelry Inc, the package looks great. The item is packaged with great care and layers of wrapping to protect it. As I open it to check out my new bracelet there’s nothing in it. The box was empty, I instantly start looking through all the packaging to see if I missed something but there’s no bracelet. I immediately call Daniel Jewelry Inc and tell them what happened, the gentleman on the phone said he checked the camera the day they packaged my item and didn’t see anything unusual but told me not to worry because everything is insured. He then told me the insurance process should take around 2 - 4 months. Fast foreword 8 months later, they don’t respond to my emails, every time I call I get the same answers that the insurance process takes time and I have to be patient, or they just leave me on hold and forget about me. Now as of today, August 2025, I have still NOT received the bracelet from the company and am awaiting a resolution. (All the pictures I posted are from after I opened the package).

I must have dwelled on finding out exactly what I wanted for a year, and when I finally called the store, I got nothing but help & understanding & patience. I had already heard DJI was one of the top cuban link aficionados in the area, but this experience has made me a customer for life. The first person to help me on the phone was PRINCE. Much help & love, he helped me decide on rose gold with a blue sapphire. I had many questions following my initial deposit, one of which being how long should I be expecting to wait. I was told by (I believe) ANGEL, it will be around 12 weeks, but likely shorter than that. Imagine my surprise when ANDREAS calls me to let me know the bracelet is ahead of schedule & that it will be ready by next week (week 8), and asked if any of the modifications I had mentioned previously were still in my mind. ANDREAS followed through via email on many questions, and shipping information after I inquired. Thank you again Andreas. All in all, I am blown away by the customer service & expedited service that a high quality shop is expected to bring. 6 out of 5 stars my friends. And of course, the craftsmanship of the bracelet itself. It is absolutely spectacular. I’ve wanted something similar to this for so very long, and to have it in such perfect shape on my hand, is mesmerizing. I absolutely love it. It’s more than a piece of jewelry for me.
