Margie Brodie GRANADA JEWELERS IS GREAT I had a beautiful wedding band set that was my mothers. Unfortunately, it was RUINED in the garbage disposal. It was a mess! I was heartbroken. We did salvage pieces of white gold and a few diamonds. The owner created a beautiful pendant for me. I totally recommend this business. Im still AMAZED! The staff is great too! Shannon safely packaged it and sent it to me right away.

Flying Mama Anyone love cruises but afraid to buy jewelry on a ship? THIS is a wonderful company and Royal Caribbean ships are fortunate enough to have their fabulous jewelry and expert representatives on their ships. I have fallen in love with Zultanite and this is only one of 4 authorized carriers of this magnificent and rare gem. I originally bought my first in Turkey (believed that it was real because of the mine!) Boy did I get took!!! My hot pink zultanite wasnt real. Since then, I have bought many beautiful REAL pieces on board from these great people. Once I lost a small baguette and James (amazing owner) overnights me a box and repairs it no charge and overnights it right back!!! Try doing that at the large chains, lol!! They stand behind the jewelry 200%! And have rare, unusual pieces you wont see in every port store. I cant say enough. Love Krishna, Robert, Yogi, Assolf and I love spreading the word about this Zultanite to fellow cruisers and most all buy pieces after learning about the gem. Please people... dont go running to ebay to buy your fabulous fake... Real Zultanite is not hot pink! Its the colors of Fall!! Amber, green and "candle light cranberry " FABULOUS. No Name Talk about attentive! From the moment I walked through the door Rachel catered to my every need. Starting from me just looking, to me changing ideas around, to finally finding the perfect ring and placing the order. Start to finish Rachel was patient, polite, and very helpful. She went as far as to sit down with me at a computer and customize what I was looking for from the ground up. Then to top it off, she went above and beyond to even reply to my text messages on her day off. I have since moved to Tennessee and had to have a repair done on my wedding ring and took it to a jewelry in Tennessee and they cracked my ring! Distraught... I called Al frantically and he said I can fix it, so my husband and I came from Tennessee to have Al fix my ring ... Justin Bateman Went into the store looking for a ring to match my wife’s current ring in terms of style, color, etc. Richard sat down with us and went over options and gave us feedback. Richard was an extremely professional individual and I felt he really gave us his fullest attention from when we walked into the store until we left. My wife casually mentioned that her current ring was dirty and he was quick to offer cleaning it. Overall… fantastic experience.

I had been scouring the internet for the best deal(price per gram compared to the spot gold price) on a brand new 8mm 24" 14k SOLD gold Miami Cuban link chain. I checked over 20 different online jewelry stores( well known and the not so..). The best price I found was 23% over spot. Then I came across White Carat Companys website. I could not believe the price(at the time the cost was 3% over spot according to the approximate weight on the website). After some due diligence and seeing all the great reviews on the company, I decided I was going to pull the trigger. Also thinking to myself, I am going to use my AMEX. So if anything goes wrong, I am protected. But being the frugal person that I am, I had to wait 9 days until my billing cycle ended. That would give me 2 months to pay it off with no interest. :) For the next 9 days I kept checking the website praying that the price would not change. Finally on day 10, I placed my order for the 8mm-24" Elite Miami Cuban in 14K Gold on their website. I immediately received my order confirmation and receipt. The website stated "5 Business Days To Ship". On the 5th day, I had not heard anything. So I called the number that scrolls across the top of their website. Sunny answered the phone. I gave him all my order information and he said he would call me back. I thought to myself, "here we go with that BS" and I will have to pay the 23% from the other jeweler. But Sunny called me back and apologized that the website had not been updated because gold had appreciated so rapidly. He gave me 2 options: 1)a full refund back to my AMEX or 2)Zelle a few extra bucks and get it at the companys cost (doing the calculation at the time, it came up to 6% over spot instead of 3%). I took option 2!!! lol To make an already long story less long, 6 days later I received a beautiful handmade 14K Gold Miami Cuban Link Chain with the Gold Certificate. The chain hangs straight as an arrow with very tight links. I literally saved thousands of dollars(no tax, I dont live in FL) compared to the next closest jeweler. Sunny even threw in 3 Starbucks gift cards for my troubles. Thanks again Sunny and White Carat Co. of Miami. You have a customer for life! PS: I am 61" 210lbs with an 18" neck. An 8mm Miami Cuban Link Chain has a very substantial presence. Now I have to find a daily wear chain. lol
