5 /5 Jacob Baez: II went to the store and spoke with Frank regarding my Miami Cuban bracelet and necklace. I encountered some issues with the lock clasps, but he was able to efficiently tighten and polish them. I would definitely recommend his services.

3 /5 Kaela Stark: The gentleman who repaired my the glass on the back of my iPhone was very nice but he used cheap replacement product and there were gaps where my cameras are. My phone cracked again 2 days later, which sounds crazy to me when I didn’t have any knowledgable drops and I had my phone for two years before the back cracked. So again, they seem nice, but perhaps their specialty is jewelry and I should have went somewhere else who could have guided me better to how to protect the phone in those first 48 hours.

2 /5 Bill Chilkotowsky: I took my wifes gold chain back to this place for about the 5th time to have a simple fix on broken chain. Just needed a quick weld or whatever they call it. I usually like dealing with Frank, but he wasnt in today. I told the guy working today, frank fixed this before and charged me $25-30 bucks since hes fixed it a few times. Well this guy, no name given, looks at it for a second and says its wont be ready until next week, and it will cost $45. I mentioned Ive had this fixed before and several watches as well here, but he just went back to whatever he working on. I said Ill go somewhere else , and he said whatever. Just a heads up if you need a simple chain break repair, you might look around. The customer service here has gone down.

1 /5 Stan Small: I gave one star because ZERO isn’t an option, you have to click one to leave a review! Took my girlfriend’s bracelet in to have the clasp fixed at the Treasure Coast mall location. The gentleman informed us it would bee approximately a week! We told home no worries he said they would call his when it was done. After a week we hadn’t heard anything so we called and it had been done for a couple days. Aggravating but no problem! She got it home and one of the clasps wouldn’t say closed so today she too it back to get the problem corrected. The employee had an attitude and told her it’s soft metal so it’s gonna be loose. She informed him it’s not just loose is opening up and the other side that they didn’t replace stays closed like it’s supposed to. He raised his voice and stated it’s soft metal. He then proceeded to give her the money back and told her good luck in getting it fixed anywhere else! I’m sorry that he is having a bad day but that doesn’t give him the right to speak to anyone in that manner. She just wanted it tightened up a little so it didn’t break or get loose her tennis bracelet. If this is the people you employ I will never recommend Fixology to anyone ever again. I’ve had watches repaired necklaces etc. I will never go back there again. That was totally unnecessary and unprofessional.
