Our sales rep Danielle, was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process of choosing our wedding ring and bands. She took the time to really listen to what we wanted, answered all of our questions, and guided us every step of the way until we found the perfect pieces. She made what could have been a stressful process feel exciting and special. We couldn’t be happier with our rings or the experience. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re shopping here!

2 /5 Brandon Walters: Would NOT recommend this place which failed in getting the small things right, customer service… I took my Tag Heuer watch in for a battery replacement and was told they do it on an estimate basis and I will hear from them in a few days. I did not hear from them for 2.5/3 weeks! The estimate for new battery, gasket and pressure check was $250!!! WOW.. So I called around and found a competitor in the market, Jared’s Jewelry, who I explained the situation to and they said they will do the exact same service for $85… So I told this to the Dunkin Diamonds staff, I believe his name was Christian, and expanded saying that I’m okay to pay more than $85 quoted by Jared’s but NOT 3X!! They did not budge AT ALL with this outrageous quote for a battery replacement.. So I asked for my watch back immediately so I can take to Jared’s Jewelry. Getting my watch back took another TEN days.. So I wasted almost a month with this place. Not pleased. Get the small things right and customers will return and tell a friend, not THIS.

5 /5 Rosario Paz Mariano: 100% would recommend this Dunkin’s Diamonds location at Gulf Coast!! Everyone was absolutely friendly. Juan, our sales rep, was so patient when my fiance and I came in to try on wedding bands, and so helpful! The manager was super nice and was able to accommodate us to our needs. Overall, such a great experience. Would definitely keep coming back to this store!

5 /5 Paige Zwicker: My fiance and I love Dunkin Diamonds in Fort Myers. We designed my engagement ring and now are designing my wedding bands and we found my finances band there as well. Everyone there is so helpful in making your vision come to life and giving advice on what will look good. We have never been disappointed and will always go to them first for any of our jewelry needs!
